Delivery times
Standard deliveries will be made within 48 hours from the confirmation of feasibility by the Floruit order office.
Selected postal codes (CAP) allow shipping of the entire collection, including lines with fresh cut flowers that require dedicated hand transport due to the delicacy of the product. The included areas are: Lucca, Florence, Pistoia, Prato, Pisa, Livorno, Massa.
For all other lines in the Floruit collection where fresh cut flowers are not used, delivery is possible throughout Italy.

For deliveries in Central and Northern Italy, products ordered by 12:00 from Monday to Thursday are shipped within 48 hours, subject to confirmation from the Floruit order office. For destinations in Southern Italy, contact with the Floruit shipping office is necessary, which will evaluate each request individually to optimize delivery times, costs, and feasibility, in order to protect product quality.
Delivery times for products to the Islands may vary significantly; please contact the order office at 055 6143912 or via email at info@floruit.it to evaluate costs and feasibility.
Note: On Fridays after 13:00, national couriers postpone deliveries to Monday afternoon. For weekend deliveries, booking by Thursday before 13:00 is required.
“Boutique pickup” is available at Floruit in Viale Europa 637/c - 55100 S. Concordio Lucca, or at the second Floruit store at Via dei Fossi 3-5/R in Florence:
- same-day pickup only after confirmation from the Floruit order office of immediate product availability
- 24 hours if restocking is needed, 48 hours if the product requires import from abroad.
For any customized and exclusive deliveries, we recommend contacting the Floruit Order Office at 055 6143912 or info@floruit.it, which will organize shipping when possible.
Exceptions may apply for orders placed for the following holidays: Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve. Due to expected delivery volumes, some deliveries may be made a few days before the holiday date.
For deliveries to ships, airports, hotels, resorts, campsites, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, churches, cemeteries, and generally any locations where the floral gift cannot be delivered directly to the recipient but must be handed to the assigned staff, delivery is considered completed upon signature and indication of the name of the personnel receiving the delivery on the appropriate receipt.
In case of recipient absence, the courier will leave a note and attempt to contact the recipient later by phone. If the courier cannot reach the recipient, they will notify us of the delivery failure, and we will inform you accordingly.
Please verify that the provided address and phone number are correct and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. To enable timely and smooth order execution by the courier, please provide the following additional information if applicable:
- For hospital deliveries, please specify the ward and room number if possible.
- For hotel deliveries, please indicate the room number and the name under which the recipient is registered at the hotel (group, spouses, etc.) if possible.
