Shipping and Costs

For deliveries within Italy, the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the confirmation of order feasibility by Floruit’s order office. Items ordered before 12:00 PM from Monday to Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours, pending confirmation from the Floruit order office.

In certain areas (e.g., islands), delivery may be delayed by a few extra days due to logistical challenges tied to the destination region or country. In all cases, customers will be notified by email when the parcel is shipped.

Note: On Fridays after 1:00 PM, national couriers postpone shipments to Monday afternoon. To ensure weekend delivery, bookings must be confirmed by Thursday at 1:00 PM. 

For the European Union, delivery is expected within 3–5 business days from receipt of payment.

For non-EU destinations, delivery times will be communicated at the time the order is confirmed.

Exceptions may apply for orders placed during major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and New Year’s. Due to high volumes, deliveries may occur a few days before the specific holiday date.

If delivery must be made to a location where it is not possible to hand the package directly to the recipient (e.g., hospitals, hotels, offices), the delivery will be considered successfully completed upon signature and identification by the receiving staff member.

In the event that the recipient is unavailable, the courier will leave a notice and attempt to reach them later by phone. If contact cannot be made, the courier will notify us of the failed delivery attempt and we will inform the customer accordingly.

Please ensure that your address and phone number are complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details. 

To help ensure timely and smooth delivery, please include the following when applicable:

For hospital deliveries: department and room number, if possible

For hotel deliveries: room number and the name under which the recipient is registered (e.g., group or surname)

In-Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up at Floruit boutiques in Florence, Lucca, or Pistoia:

• On the same day, subject to confirmation of product availability from the Floruit order office
• Within 48 hours if restocking is necessary
