Returns

To request a return, you must always notify Floruit Firenze Srl either through the "Returns" section in your personal account area or by email at info@floruitshop.it.
Once the request is received, Floruit will assess it and respond with either approval or denial, along with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. No return will be accepted without prior written authorization.

Requests for exchange or return of items purchased in physical stores must be made at the store where the purchase was made (with proof of purchase) and cannot be processed via the online store.

Requirements for a Refund
All returned products must retain the same characteristics as at the time of purchase; therefore, they must be in "like-new" condition and ready to be resold. All seals, labels, boxes, or original packaging must be intact. If these essential requirements are not met, the product will be considered "used" and either returned to the sender at their expense or retained with a penalty ranging from 60% to 80% of the purchase value, depending on the condition of the returned item.

You may file a claim with valid reason by contacting info@floruitshop.it within no later than 5 days of delivery.
Floruit grants refunds only in the following cases:

  • Delivery of items different from those ordered
  • Non-delivery due to an error by Floruit
  • Delivery of a damaged item (in this case, please check the product’s integrity immediately in the presence of the courier upon delivery

Floruit does not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery due to recipient absence at the agreed time and location
  • Non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information
  • Used items that have deteriorated over time
  • Customized products according to the customer’s request and confirmed

If the recipient refuses to accept the parcel without valid reason, no refund will be issued for either the missed delivery or the product itself.

Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a change of mind (right of withdrawal, exercisable within 14 days), return shipping costs are always borne by the customer, who may choose their preferred courier for the return. The refund will be issued only after the returned item has been received and its condition verified. Shipping fees paid for the original order will not be reimbursed.If the customer benefited from free shipping at the time of purchase, the shipping cost (normally waived as an incentive) will be deducted from the refund if the total value of the goods retained by the customer falls below the free shipping threshold.
