Floruit is a new concept of floral design, where the flower evolves from a mere element into a form. At Floruit, floral artists create unique compositions using only the most carefully selected flowers. Each floral design line intertwines with elements from other worlds—such as fine jewelry or gourmet chocolate—always of superior quality. Every collection is protected by a registered design patent filed with the Design Office in Milan.
Each composition is unique in both design and soul: some are born to surprise and enchant the most eclectic personalities, others to stylishly accompany life’s most beautiful events, and others still to blend with interiors like living paintings.
Floruit compositions can be as delicate as a jewel or as bold and impactful as decorative furnishings. Developed across 12 patented lines in Italy, they are showcased and available for purchase at Floruit Boutiques in Florence, Lucca, and Pistoia—or can be ordered directly from this website.
Some Floruit collections can be customized in terms of size, color, and style, as shown on the product’s dedicated page on the website.
Each Floral Design line is protected by a registered patent filed with the Design Office in Milan. You may therefore personalize your selection within these parameters before completing your purchase.
For customization requests not listed on the site, please contact info@floruitshop.it or call +39 055 6143912. The Floruit team will evaluate each request, which will only be approved if it aligns with the aesthetic guidelines of the collection.

Floruit will evaluate each case individually to determine feasibility and any potential costs. Please note that customized products, once confirmed by the customer, cannot be returned to Floruit without valid reason.

Each Floruit composition is unique and cannot be exactly reproduced: the item you select will match the photo and written description in terms of size and color, while allowing for slight variations due to the artist’s sensitivity and the uniqueness of the creative moment. Therefore, small differences are possible, and the photos are intended for illustrative purposes only.
A composition is considered preserved when it undergoes a special preservation process using natural liquids and glycerin. This technique allows certain types of flowers—especially roses, which offer the best aesthetic results—to remain intact for several years when properly cared for. Preserved roses are stunning, of excellent quality and durability, 100% natural, and require no light, water, or special attention. They are also resistant to dust. We recommend placing preserved arrangements in environments with low humidity (e.g., avoid bathrooms with steam or whirlpools).
To keep your preserved arrangement in optimal condition, follow these guidelines:
- Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Do not water or place in humid environments
- For indoor use only
- Dust gently using a hairdryer on a cool, low setting
- Handle with care
Floruit currently ships both nationally and internationally, reserving the right to refuse delivery of certain products if their freshness and delicate nature cannot be adequately guaranteed.
Yes, the minimum order amount for shipping within Italy is €50.00.
Yes. Delivery at a specific time is guaranteed only if arranged at least two days in advance with our customer service team by writing to info@floruitshop.it or calling +39 055 6143912 during regular business hours.
For deliveries within Italy, standard shipping is guaranteed within 1–3 business days, subject to confirmation from Floruit’s order office regarding product availability and shipping feasibility (after verifying delivery times with our selected national couriers).

Yes. You can pick up your order at the Floruit boutiques in Florence, Lucca, or Pistoia as indicated at checkout:
- on the same day, after confirmation of product availability by the Floruit staff

Yes. You can include a personalized message during the checkout process.
Due to the nature and delicacy of our preserved products, returns are not accepted once delivered, unless specifically authorized by Floruit.
You may still file a claim with valid reason by contacting info@floruitshop.it within 5 days of delivery.
Floruit will be happy to issue a refund if the claim is deemed justified.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed in any case.

Floruit will issue refunds in the following cases:
- Delivery of an item different from what was ordered
- Non-delivery due to Floruit’s responsibility
- Delivery of a damaged item (in this case, please check the integrity of the item upon receipt in the presence of the courier)
Floruit does not provide refunds in the following cases:
- Recipient was absent at the time or place agreed for delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided
- Items deteriorated due to time or improper use
- Personalized items when confirmed by the customer
If the recipient refuses the delivery without valid reason, no refund will be issued for either the product or the attempted delivery.
Yes. You may cancel your order up to two working days before the requested delivery date by providing the corresponding order number.
Cancellation after that deadline may be accepted only in exceptional cases, and a refund is not guaranteed.
