Prices and Currency

All product prices are clearly listed on the website and include VAT. They do not include any other taxes, duties, or levies applicable under relevant import regulations. In such cases, the customer is responsible for clearing customs and paying any duties and taxes (other than VAT) that may be required in the country of import.

Prices are displayed in euros. If the currency of your credit/debit card or another payment method differs from the currency used at checkout, the final amount will be charged in your card’s currency, as calculated and applied by the issuing institution.
All orders are processed by Floruit Firenze Srl, a company registered in Italy, and your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees for international transactions. Floruit Firenze Srl is not responsible for these fees and cannot estimate their amount. Please contact your bank for more information before placing an order.

Prices and product availability on the website may change at any time without notice. However, for orders that are currently being processed or have already been accepted by Floruit Firenze Srl, the sales conditions valid at the time the customer placed the order will apply.

The availability shown on product pages is not updated in real-time; in the event of high traffic, actual availability may change during the day. Due to these fluctuations, Floruit cannot guarantee immediate fulfillment of orders for products marked as “available” and will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

Once an order request is received, the floruitshop.it Order Department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, the validity of the credit card transaction or other payment method, and to verify details of the customer’s previous transactions made on floruitshop.it.

If the ordered items are unavailable, or if the order cannot be fulfilled as requested, the Order Department will promptly inform the customer.

If delivery times are expected to be longer than those shown on the website before the order was placed, Floruit will notify the customer via email. Until the item has been shipped, the customer may cancel or modify the order by following the procedures outlined in their personal account area.

The cost of each shipment—which may vary depending on delivery and payment method, destination country, and the total value of the order—will be added to the final purchase amount and clearly communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.
