Floruit is currently seeking lab assistants and sales associates for its boutiques in Lucca, Florence, and Pistoia, with at least one year of experience in the field and in retail sales.

Floral Designer

Floruit is hiring for a new boutique opening: Floral Design Assistant

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating floral compositions using both fresh and preserved flowers, packaging products and gift boxes, and managing the lab. A training and mentoring period is foreseen to learn Floruit’s techniques and procedures for both composition and packaging.

Requirements include floral design skills, sensitivity and aesthetic taste aligned with Floruit’s high standards, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.

Knowledge of the Floruit world and company vision is also required.

Proven retail experience and prior work in the floral sector (especially in floral design and packaging) are essential.

Contract: Fixed-term, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Lab Assistant

The selected candidate will assist in the creation of floral compositions (fresh and preserved flowers), the packaging of products and gifts, and the overall management of the lab. A training period will be provided to learn the procedures and techniques used by Floruit. Requirements: 

• English proficiency (knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus)
• Proven retail experience
• Experience in the floral sector (especially in packaging/floral design)

Contract: Fixed-term, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Sales Associate

The selected candidate should be skilled in sales and customer engagement techniques, assisting clients in choosing the most suitable product, and managing window displays and in-store collections.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• Customer service experience
• Aesthetic sense in line with Floruit's philosophy
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the Floruit brand and vision
• Knowledge of foreign languages, floral design, and packaging experience will be considered a plus.
